Our end of season dinner & dance is a massive hit because of the facility we have for it, the banquet marquee, but we need to pull together as a Club to help erect it in the week building up to the big night and then to bring it all down afterwards.
As such, we are asking for everyone to help out for at least one morning or afternoon session over those periods. A lot of employers now allow a degree of volunteering time for assisting community groups, so with over 1 months' notice, you could explore that to help you free up some time.
Please tick ALL the sessions that you could possibly make in the form below and then we will staff each session accordingly, with the intent to only need you for one of those.
